		<description>This is a really good thing.  I was in the Gulf War and we had it all--brass bands, red carpets, more beer than we could drink and cheering crowds.  it was like being Elvis for a day. Most importantly, it made all the hard days worth it.  Combat soldiers need validation most of all.  Without it there is almost no chance of complete recovery from what you&#039;ve been through.

All wars are hard but some are harder than others.  Despite the fact that life is very good back home, we are in a very hard war right now.  The service members that are out there risking everything so we can live the American Dream deserve the very best we can do for them.  Please show our service members that we really appreciate the risks and hardships they are subjecting themselves to on our behalf.
